“There is a lad here who has five barley loaves and two small fish, but what are they among so many?” — John 6:9 NKJV
That gift.
That jar of oil.
That sling and stone.
That grace, skill, or resource.
It might seem small—but in the hands of Jesus, it becomes a divine instrument.
Bring it forth. Don’t hold it back. Hand it over.
It’s Not the Size—It’s the Surrender.
You are little in what you have, but not little in what you can become.
Our challenge is rarely the scarcity of resources—it’s the smallness of heart that prevents us from releasing them.
We underestimate the multiplier. The lad with the loaves didn’t do the miracle—he just made it possible.
David trusted God with a sling and stone, and Goliath fell.
The widow poured her oil, and the vessels kept filling.
What is your own five loaves and two fish?
What is your sling and stone?
Your jar of oil?
Bring it forth!
Learn the Ways of Andrew.
Andrew saw what others ignored and brought it forward. He didn’t solve the problem; he simply made the connection.
Some people are called to be bridges—not the miracle workers, but the ones who help miracles find their moment.
Are you an Andrew today? Bring the boy. Bring the gift. Let Jesus multiply it.
Don’t Trade Your Sling for Saul’s Sword.
David didn’t wear Saul’s armor. He refused to be confined to someone else’s version of adequacy. He knew what God had placed in his hand. And he trusted the Source more than the standard.
There will always be those who dismiss your grace, underestimate your gifting, or try to dress you in their expectations. Shake it off.
You don’t need to fit in—you need to bring forth.
If Saul’s armor worked, Israel wouldn’t need David.
Don’t Bury It—Multiply It.
Jesus told the parable of the talents (Matthew 25), and the servant who buried his gift was condemned—not because he failed, but because he refused to try.
You don’t need everything—you only need to use what you have. Trade with it. Multiply it.
You are not insignificant. What you hold matters—because the One who multiplies stands waiting. Don't bury your potential. Don't ignore your oil. Don't silence your stone.
Multiply it. Bless with it. Surrender it. Let God showcase His power through it.
What will you bring forth?
Throughout Jesus’ life, ordinary people brought forth extraordinary offerings that helped fulfill divine purpose:
Joseph of Arimathea offered his tomb—risking reputation and safety to honor Jesus in death.
Mary of Bethany poured costly perfume on Jesus’ feet—an anointed act of prophetic worship preparing Him for burial.
The owner of the colt released his possession—simply because "The Lord has need of it."
Simon of Cyrene bore the cross—helping Jesus reach the final stretch of His mission, becoming part of humanity’s redemption story.
The Wise Men from the East brought gold, frankincense, and myrrh—prophetically declaring Jesus’ identity as King, Priest, and Prophet. They gave their treasures, their time, and their testimonies.
These weren’t just gifts. They were spiritual activations.
They weren’t just symbolic. They were sacrificial.
Each of these individuals brought forth what they had. Not under perfect conditions, but in perfect faith. And every offering carried eternal significance.
Now the trumpet sounds again:
What will you bring forth in your generation?
What will you release to fulfill God's purpose today?
God still has need of your sling and stone.
Of your jar of oil.
Of your loaves and fishes.
Of your voice, your vision, your vocation.
It may seem ordinary—but it holds divine purpose.
It may feel small—but it unlocks eternal doors.
Bring it forth.
Don’t hold it back.
Advance the Cause of Missions. Feed the nations. Fulfill prophecy.
You Are Blessed to Be a Blessing!
When hearts are rightly positioned, people’s needs are met through what God has already entrusted to us.
The lad was faithful. He saw his provision as an extension of blessing to others.
Being a blessing is the real blessing.
Let the Lord do with your gift whatever He chooses. And let Jesus see you as a reason to change the season.
May He find you ready—willing to be the occasion for His power to be revealed
Bring it forth. Don’t hold it back.
Advance the Cause of Missions in your time.
The Lord still has need of it.
Lord, let me never hold back the grace You've placed in my hand.
May I trust You with my sling and stone.
May I pour out my oil in worship.
May I release my gift with boldness.
Use me as a reason to shift seasons.
Multiply my offering, for Your glory.
I bring it forth—today. Amen.
Partner With Us in Birthing God’s Purpose Across the Nations
At Mission Awareness Outreach, we believe ministry doesn’t end at the church door—it begins wherever hurting hearts dwell. It happens in the barrios, villages, streets, alleys, hospitals, jails, and forgotten corners of society where hope feels far away.
We carry this mission to those places. We show up. We listen. We serve.
Ministry is presence. Ministry is healing. Ministry is redemption.
We are committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus—bringing His healing touch to people in pain, struggle, and desperation. But we can’t do it alone.
Will you prayerfully, strategically, and graciously partner with us
—to bring forth God’s purpose in the nations?
We have various outreach and mission teams that need your support today.
